We are expanding our irrigation department and are looking for a skilled, motivated, and versatile Irrigation Service Tech/ Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing residential irrigation systems, while also providing high-touch customer service and assisting with seasonal property enhancements. What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) Expert Irrigation Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping. Sales & Consulting: Conduct system audits and recommend water-saving upgrades. We are looking for someone who can identify and sell enhancements that improve the client’s property. Seasonal Maintenance: Perform essential startups, shut-downs, and winterizations. Landscaping: Assist with property aesthetics through light landscape work and bed maintenance (pruning, mulching, and weeding). Holiday Lighting: Join our team in the winter months to bring properties to life with professional Christmas light installations. Client Relations: Provide excellent account management by clearly communicating repairs and service recommendations to customers. Versatility: A willingness to pivot from irrigation to landscape maintenance and holiday lighting as the seasons change. Requirements Experience: 1+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair. Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, push/pull objects, and walk at least 3 miles per day in diverse weather conditions.
