Terra Green is a full-service landscape company that is driven by its mission and core values. In order to better fulfill its mission, the company is in search of a highly motivated and experienced individual interested in joining our Irrigation Team as an Irrigation Technician. This is a full-time position paying $22 - $27 hourly based on experience and skillset. The Irrigation Specialist is responsible for maintaining existing irrigation systems and lighting of both commercial and residential properties around the Charlotte region. The applicant must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift 50 pounds, be willing to work outdoors, and have a great work ethic. A minimum of 1 year of irrigation industry experience is required. This is a full-time year-round position. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of simple and moderately complex irrigation systems, and assists with complex systems as needed Test complete irrigation systems for proper functioning of valves and timers Locate, excavate, and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning equipment Maintain proper records of work orders received and completed through irrigation software Maintain truck inventory to a minimum while being neat and orderly for professional appearance Maintain a safe working environment for self, co-workers, and clients Requirements 1+ years of Irrigation experience Experience with two-wire is preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license for more than 3 years Knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Enjoy working outdoors Ability to load and unload equipment on to trucks Ability to work well with others and be a team player Ability to lift 50 pounds Experience with technology such as smartphones, tablets, apps, software, etc. Benefits Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) Vehicle Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Training Paid Overtime Year End Bonus Opportunities Referral Bonus Opportunities Excellent work culture Year-Round Work Company Cell Phone Compensation: $22 -$27 based on experience and skillset #ZR
