Who You Are: Our ideal candidate will have experience with irrigation, time management, and leadership. As an Irrigation Lead, you will lead a team and oversee irrigation services throughout NE Florida. What You’ll Do: Monitor and test new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems Observe pipe and valve placements Evaluate start-ups, winterization and overall operation of the irrigation system Provide leadership while completing irrigation tasks per job specifications Conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems Troubleshooting and replacing faulty parts Maximizing crew efficiency with a focus on safety and profitability of services through effective site management while continuing to look for areas of improvement on our projects Communicate with management and customers to ensure that project is being completed to their satisfaction and to address any customer satisfaction issues or concerns Prepare accurate documentation of time and expenses for self and crew and promptly provide to General Manager daily Ensure crew recognizes and performs duties within OSHA safety guidelines as well as all applicable safety laws and policies What You Need: Previous irrigation experience Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Leadership and time management skills Why RallyX?
