The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and optimal plant health. This role requires a strong understanding of irrigation techniques and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Install and maintain various types of irrigation systems, including drip, sprinkler, and surface irrigation. - Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify and resolve issues. - Repair or replace damaged components, such as pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads. - Monitor water usage and adjust systems to promote water conservation. - Collaborate with landscape teams to design and implement effective irrigation solutions. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on irrigation systems. - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their irrigation needs. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. - Proven experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance. - Strong understanding of water management and conservation practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems efficiently. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
