As the IS EUC Support Analyst, you will be at the forefront of resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests, ensuring that we meet our customers’ needs through predefined processes, procedures, and guidelines. This role not only allows you to work with cutting-edge technologies within a fast-paced atmosphere but also presents opportunities for skill development and collaboration on international projects. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, engaging with vendors, and supporting various IT initiatives while working with both hardware and software to deliver exceptional support.
