This role offers flexibility for remote work. For candidates located within 50 km of our Ottawa office, we follow a hybrid schedule of three days in-office and two days remote.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of project management experience; PMI certification preferred.
  • Proven experience managing large IT implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive organizational change.
  • Technically curious, collaborative, flexible, and customer-focused.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to optimize resources.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget with precision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear updates and escalating issues when needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, process maps, and reports.
  • Delegate tasks effectively based on team members’ strengths and experience.
  • Apply leadership skills to guide teams, influence decisions, and drive results.
  • Support process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
  • Follow Change Management principles in all project activities.
