MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
In lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Two (2) years of progressively responsible IT work experience with a focus in security/access and identity management is required.
(If no degree, a total of six (6) years of experience required.)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification in Epic Security Management (SER200) or extensive PeopleSoft security knowledge is required.

Responsible for the administration and coordination of all tools, policies and processes surrounding technology access and identity management within the PHC network. This position will assist in the development of end user security strategies, profiles and interfaces for application sign on and coordination for end users. This position will also work closely with the Information Security department to insure proper HIPAA regulations and industry best practice guidelines are being followed with regard to application and network access.
