• Responsible to deliver significant and minor changes assigned to him/her following the schedule, the required quality and the procedures including testing.
• Support his/her team leader for process and application consistency and quality across Aptar regions and segments.
• Support the efforts estimation for projects and changes when it is required.
• Deliver services in line with the IS Support Service Level Agreement
• Support project and major changes delivery using an evidence informed approach to improve outcomes for the business.
• Responsible to deliver accurate service, related documentation and kept up-to-date at all times is necessary
• Responsible that quality of practice meets requirements, regulation and organizational policy and procedures.
• Contribute to identify, elevate and troubleshoot issues impacting on achievement of project objectives and to continually improve services.
• Contribute at the continuous solution improvement within Aptar,
• Contribute to maintain always a cost-effective approach service delivery and serves as a change agent for continuous improvement through improved/enhanced methodologies
