Compensation Salary Range: $26.28 - $36.58 per hour The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Tier II: Under general supervision, responds to all microcomputer, telecommunications and computer network relatedtechnical matters and provides capabilities, training, support services, technical support, and knowledge to facilitate customer (end-user) computing., both in person and remote to ensure that microcomputer resourcesare maintained at appropriate service levels; and performs other related duties as required. Qualifications Required (Tier I): High School Diploma or equivalent GED Two (2) years customer service in related role Proficient with Microsoft technologies and ability to troubleshoot Proficient with Network technologies and ability to troubleshoot Basic understanding of Active Directory Working knowledge of Windows systems monitoring and troubleshooting Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS Required (Tier II): High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Three (3) years’ experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows-based microcomputersand peripheral devices. Three (3) years’ experience supporting and troubleshooting networked printers, faxes, and copiers. Three (3) years’ experience supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices and Voice Over IP (VOIP) phone systems. One (1) year healthcare experience in related role. Responsibilities
Tier I support involves interfacing with system customers to provide capabilities, training, and technical support for end-user computing. Tier II support responds to technical matters related to microcomputers, telecommunications, and networks, providing support both in person and remotely to maintain service levels.
