POSITION: IBM SECURITY ACCESS MANAGER (ISAM) SPECIALIST

Location: Toronto Downtown, Ontario (Must be eligible to work in Canada)
Work Setting: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with strong focus on IBM Security Access Manager.
• Hands-on experience with WebSEAL, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and federation protocols.
• Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP/AD).
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS, certificates, and secure application integration.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience working within banking or financial environments is a strong advantage.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, O

• Install, configure, and manage IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) components (WebSEAL, Policy Server, Federation, etc.).
• Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, and authorization solutions.
• Manage integrations with LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity providers.
• Develop and maintain access policies, mapping rules, and authentication mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot ISAM-related issues, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams on IAM initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
