We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is crucial for our continued profitable growth, as you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our operational insights and AI models. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, machine learning, and operations to transform raw data into actionable intelligence.

You will be part of HONEYWELL Building Automation Concurrent Engineering organization, reporting directly to our Operational Intelligence and Digital Transformation Director and you can work out of our Atlanta, GA or El Paso, TX location.

  • Data Engineering:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to ingest, process, and transform large datasets from various sources.
  • Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems.
  • Implement data governance policies and best practices.
  • Operations Intelligence:
  • Collaborate with operation teams to understand challenges and data needs.
  • Develop and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize supply chain, logistics, production, or other operational functions.
  • Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning:
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and define problems that can be solved with AI/ML.
  • Engineer features from raw data for use in machine learning models.
  • Develop, train, and deploy predictive models (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance) to enhance operational efficiency.Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models, ensuring they remain accurate and relevant.
