You will report directly to our Senior Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Olathe, KS location onsite on 1st shift. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell by ensuring that products are repaired on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee daily repair and overhaul (R&O) activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules and quality standards. * Lead and mentor R&O technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in processes.
