Leading a team of project managers, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, from procurement to customer fulfillment. You will report directly to our Director Strategic Sourcing and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ OR other Aero locations on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and overall success of our supply chain operations, driving projects that directly contribute to cost-effectiveness and excellence in service delivery.
