Job Description Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate information to the Guests. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our Guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive to the resort till their departure. Qualifications Proficient in Russian, French, German, Chinese or Italian. Highly motivated and people oriented person who is outgoing sales champion. Flexible, proactive with excellent teamwork and team spirit. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Guest and personal services; this includes guest needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of guest satisfaction.
