Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Job Description Establish a communications process with assigned GRO, facilitating consistency and operational stability Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, technology, systems, and applications Deliver closed loop resolution by ensuring all guest issues are investigated, addressed and communicated Completes various daily, monthly or weekly reporting to management and other duties or special projects as assigned Coach and direct Guest Relations Officers’ team to provide excellent guest service Check Next day Arrivals if any Payments, Traces and special preferences Make sure attend all the Arrivals and departures Cross check Buggy’s, Reg cards, Garlands and GRO’s ready for all the Arrivals Meet all the guest on departures and get feedback (Remind them Incl. Alcohol Policy) Pre Arrival email need to send 2 days in advance (Ellite Members) Follow up calls for VIP’s and Ellite Members Follow up the Activity (special entitlement ) of the VIP’s and Ellite Members Make sure monitor all the guest feedback and complaints and inform to the concern departments and update in GEL Allocate GRO to the concern guest and send guest feedback sheet every day to all the HOD’s In absence FO Supervisor, need to take care of FO operations too Presence in the Junction is very important Monitor Welcome drinks, fusion water and towels for the Arrivals Monitor GRO’S Grooming on daily basis Allocate GRO’S duty timings according to the Arrivals / Departure one day in advance Day to day operations and feedback must share with FOM / AFOM Qualifications College diploma or equivalent qualifications Minimum of 4-5 years of similar experience Past experience of working in the Maldives Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels Worldwide Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!
