LOCATION: MERCED, CA (ONSITE)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and implementation of a unified Quality Management System (QMS) across our architectural building product divisions. The successful candidate will drive the initiative to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification within six months and build a scalable, audit-ready system that ensures quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality System Development (By Month 2):

• Evaluate the completed gap analysis across all architectural building product divisions.
• Develop a unified ISO 9001:2015-compliant QMS tailored to each manufacturing unit.
• Create and manage essential documentation: Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, and version-controlled systems.

Stakeholder Training & Culture Building (By Month 3):

• Conduct company-wide training on ISO principles, quality roles, and compliance.
• Foster a culture of quality and accountability across all staff.

Internal Audit Program (By Month 4):

• Design and implement an internal audit program with schedules, checklists, and CAPA procedures.
• Train internal auditors and complete audit cycles in preparation for external assessment.

Certification Readiness (By Month 5):

• Lead management reviews, track metrics, and maintain audit records.
• Conduct mock audits, resolve findings, and ensure readiness for third-party certification.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the certification body.
