JOB SUMMARY

Corporate ethics and compliance professional with responsibility for providing a broad range of expertise and practical, business-minded advice and support to the Ethics & Compliance programme internationally. This position will monitor external developments and best practice methodologies and remain current on proposed and enacted legislation and regulations affecting ethics and compliance programmes for public companies, providing guidance on CDW’s international compliance and ethics strategy. Reports to the Senior Compliance Manager, Legal, Risk, Ethics & Compliance (UKI). Market competitive compensation.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with ISO 22301 and 50001
  • High degree of technology literacy and familiarity with technology-based compliance systems in particular.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of the organisation’s ISO frameworks to ensure adherence to ISO standards and support continued certification
  • Develop processes for effective management of external audits.
  • Transition core ISO activities to new business owners.
  • Identify and address gaps or improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct regular checks and internal audits against ISO standards
  • Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and lead IMS meetings with relevant senior stakeholders, ensuring it remains effective and relevant
  • Manage risk registers, action logs and improvement plans.
  • Document and update key controls and compliance tests, , providing assurance that controls are operating effectively
  • Be the point of contact for external audits, preparing the teams, coordinating dates and availability with auditors and certification bodies, and communicating any relevant information.
  • Identify root causes of any non-conformances and create improvement plans to ensure non-conformances are addressed and rectified.
  • Report findings and work collaboratively with key business functions to support continuous improvement.
  • Support the Senior Compliance Manager with general compliance matters.
  • Raise and resolve issues and concerns with relevant teams.
  • Participate in briefings and meetings at all levels of the organisation
