Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to ensure adoption and utilization of the new ecosystem
Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of technology enablement initiatives on sales & partner performance.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. Monitor program performance and deliver periodic reports to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
