    Description and Requirements
    We are looking for a talented person to join the ISO HQ Go to Market Operations team as a HQ Reporting Analyst. The GTM Operations Team has the responsibility of developing and deploying our One Lenovo metrics and BMS, aligning with the geographies around a common set of metrics and KPIs and supporting the development of reporting across ISO and the Geographies. The HQ reporting analyst role is focused on working with the ISO HQ organisations and supporting them in developing their BMS processes
    As a ISO HQ Reporting Analyst, your responsibilities would include
    Liaising with ISO HQ support functions to identify suitable metric, KPIs and measures of success
    Propose and implement solutions to support the reporting requirements of these organisations
    Support to develop a BMS/scorecard for ongoing tracking and measurement
    Communicate and change manage reporting changes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING/ POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Project /Change Management Experience
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Experience of channel/sales/Lenovo processes /operations
Data Visualization: Proven experience in creating insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Qlik (Sense/View) to translate data into actionable business insights.
Data Engineering: Hands-on experience with data engineering tasks, including building, automating, and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines using Python and/or Talend.
Data Modelling : Strong understanding and practical application of data modelling techniques, including designing, developing, and implementing conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support analytics
