POSITION DESCRIPTION

ISO is leading a strategic program aimed at building an AI-enabled sales ecosystem. This initiative, codenamed Pinnacle, will drive sales efficiency, productivity, and overall performance by integrating advanced AI capabilities into our sales processes, tools, and strategies. Reporting to the ISO Ecosystem Transformation Director, this position is pivotal to the success of this initiative. Focusing on improving the sales forecasting process, you will be responsible for delivering a complex and diverse project across the ISO geos.
You will co-ordinate cross-functional teams, optimize sales processes, and ensure the successful execution of this initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, support or project management in large, multi-national, preferably tech organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 7+ years of experience in Program & Project Management

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the Revenue Intelligence project, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure key requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze data to measure performance and optimize processes.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, DT, and business groups to streamline workflows.
