JOB DESCRIPTION

Your primary responsibilities include nurturing existing clients, cross-selling and upselling ICPL’s range of services (Quality, Safety, Information Security, Enviroment etc) and acquiring new clients to expand our presence.
Key services include ISO Standards Consultancy & Training.

You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies while collaborating with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Location : Based in Singapore with in-depth knowledge of the local market.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ experience in certification, training, or assessment industries.
• SKILLS :Strong leadership and team management abilities.Proven sales and client management expertise.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Travel : Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally.

• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in Singapore.
• Achieve sales targets across various service lines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and support contract closures.
• Maintain effective stakeholder relationships to enhance ICPL’s brand in the region.
