Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Global ISO Tank Manager will serve as the central expert supporting Hillebrand Gori’s commercial and operational teams with ISO tank expertise and technical guidance. This role is responsible for driving global business development in the ISO Tank Bulk Wine and Spirit segment, shaping sales, operations, and pricing strategies, and ensuring alignment with group-wide commercial goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design and implementation of commercial and pricing strategies tailored to customer needs in the ISO Tank Bulk Wine & Spirit product category.
  • Define competitive pricing structures aligned with business strategy, financial goals, and DHL Group policies.
  • Support market segmentation strategies to achieve targeted positioning.
  • Participate in group budget planning and performance reviews to drive strategic adjustments.
  • Act as the liaison between third-party ISO tank providers and Hillebrand Gori, ensuring alignment with group commercial strategies and budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance of ISO tank service providers with Hillebrand Gori’s standards and policies.
  • Oversee proposal development and pricing programs to enhance customer value and competitiveness.
  • Analyze profitability and rate levels, providing regular management reports (weekly/monthly/annually).
  • Offer expert advice on pricing decisions and technical ISO tank matters.
  • Conduct market research to assess competitive landscapes and identify strategic opportunities by geography, customer group, and segment.
  • Influence cross-functional teams and external partners regarding commercial practices and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders across Hillebrand Gori.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and advise stakeholders on systems, tools, and ISO tank technicalities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Commercial Team to meet budget and strategic goals.
  • Manage experienced professionals, including at least one direct report (ISO Tank Pricing/Sales Lead).
