Purpose of the position: Deliver public training courses and in-house training solutions to the BSI standards of excellence, in order to develop knowledge and skills Coach new and existing tutors in contemporary learning styles and accelerated learning techniques. Key responsibilities: Continually enhance the reputation and perception of BSI through excellent delivery of training courses/solutions and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders; Provide feedback to support course development in line with the new course and existing product development process and methodologies; Ensure that value is added to customers and their business/organisation through the delivery of BSI training courses; Maintain and enhance appropriate professional qualification status in relevant disciplines; Proactively engage with BSI tutors and key stakeholders to ensure continual improvement, in line with the BSI standards of excellence for training delivery; Skills: Understand any standards (13485, 50001, BRCGS), guidelines and applicable regulations, posses knowledge of key management concepts & principles, be familiar with how to implement these systems and being able to conduct an effective audit; Fluent in Polish/German/Dutch and English (any other European languages are a plus); Training delivery experience; Ability to coherently deliver training courses across the full spectrum of the delegate profile (boardroom to shop floor); Knowledge of individual learning styles and how to address these through the design and development of training courses through the use of accelerated learning techniques; Proven administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations; Understanding of tutor development processes, training needs analysis and training evaluation techniques. #LI-KW1 About Us BSI is a business improvement and standards company and for over a century BSI has been recognized for having a positive impact on organizations and society, building trust and enhancing lives.
