This is not a basic helpdesk role. You’ll work directly with: Live ISP infrastructure Multi-WAN & SD-WAN environments Wireless backhaul systems Routing & failover operations Bonded WAN connections Enterprise-grade networking hardware You’ll troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, configure production-grade networking equipment, and help maintain high-availability systems across: Fiber Fixed wireless Bonded WAN Starlink SD-WAN deployments This role is ideal for someone with real-world ISP, WISP, FTTH, or MSP experience who enjoys solving network problems inside live production environments. 🔥 What You’ll OwnCustomer Support & Network Troubleshooting Respond to customer issues involving: Connectivity problems Latency Packet loss VoIP quality Routing instability Troubleshoot: Bonded WAN links SD-WAN failover Wireless
