Position Summary MAG Aerospace is hiring for an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled) – Expert who will support routine, Special Access Program (SAP), and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines. Overall support will include conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. Responsible for creating collection plans, drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements *** This position is contingent on contract award *** Essential Duties and Responsibilities (U) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conducts OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements Creates collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production requirements Contributes to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise Ensures all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements Requirements Minimum Requirements (U) Knowledge and Skills Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community. Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories. Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology. Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy. Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above. Must demonstrate foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) on a designated language as identified by the Government. At the Government’s discretion, analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the language proficiency requirement. Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
