Position Summary :  The Manager provides strategic leadership and overall management of ISSTI, guiding its vision, priorities, and long-term direction while ensuring the effective implementation of its mission to advance scientific research, technological innovation, and national development. The role oversees governance, daily operations, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainability, while leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of ISSTI programs and initiatives. The Manager builds and maintains strategic partnerships with academic, governmental, and industry stakeholders, secures resources, and promotes collaboration to expand ISSTI’s impact. The position also represents ISSTI in official forums, monitors organizational performance, and ensures alignment with national priorities and institutional objectives.   Key Responsibilities :  • Lead long-term strategic initiatives aligned with national priorities. • Oversee scientific, technological, and innovation programs, research projects, workshops, and conferences. • Advise leadership on strategic opportunities and risks. • Establish KPIs and monitor performance and impact. • Manage committees, staff, and project teams. • Ensure compliance with administrative, financial, and legal requirements.   Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in strategic planning and organizational management. Excellent communication, decision‑making, and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multidisciplinary projects.
