To capture this opportunity, we are investing in a dedicated ISV sales function—starting with the recruitment of a proven leader to serve as our ISV Sales Director. This is a leadership position from day one, with full responsibility for building and leading the ISV sales function. The initial focus will be on EMEA, and as we succeed, we will expand globally in line with our strategy.

Responsibilities

As our ISV Sales Director, you will:

  • Lead from Day One: Join Frends’ sales leadership team immediately, with full responsibility for establishing, building, and leading the new ISV sales function.
  • Build and Scale: Lay the foundation for Frends’ ISV sales, recruit and develop your team as we grow.
  • Drive New Business: Take a hands-on approach to acquiring and growing ISV customers—this is a pure sales leadership role, not a partner manager position.
  • Shape Strategy: Develop and execute our EMEA ISV go-to-market strategy, with the opportunity to expand your impact globally as the department grows.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Frends’ CRO, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver value for ISV customers.
