Job Description Architecture & Design: Define local application structure and technical solutions aligned with Bosch application architecture and framework policies, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Requirement Analysis: Analyze technical feasibility and translate business requirements into robust, implementable technical solutions, leveraging data-driven approaches where applicable. Software Engineering: Execute full-lifecycle software development—including building data pipelines and integrating AI models—strictly adhering to IT standards, data security regulations, and compliance guidelines. Application Maintenance: Responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution of software products to ensure system stability and high availability. Project Management: Act as IT project manager in specific initiatives, driving project planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment from conception to production deployment. Global Collaboration: Communicate proactively and effectively with worldwide peer groups to align technical standards, share best practices, and ensure global consistency. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Engineering related disciplines 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in full-stack software development Solid experience in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Fluent English (Written and Spoken) Full-stack Development & Database: Proficient in Java/J2EE (Spring Boot, MyBatis) and front-end (JavaScript, Vue.js); skilled in database design and SQL tuning (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL). Engineering Practices: Solid experience of software life cycle management, proficient in Git and CI/CD; good habits in coding conventions, unit testing, and documentation. Analytical Skills: Strong ability in business understanding, problem analysis, and independent documentation.
