• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT (preferred).
• Experience in the tender submission process (bid review, tabulation, and submission).
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

• Drive services revenue and profitability by managing accounts in strategic sectors.
• Engage in solutions-based selling by identifying customer pain points and aligning tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
• Conduct bid analysis, comparing offered solutions with competitors to create competitive bids for submission.
• Visit customers to present and explain offered solutions.
• Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts to expand reach across different business units.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Account Manager position.
