SUMMARY

Expert in Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones, analyzing a variety of source documentation, and the creation of acquisition documentation.

Minimum Experience:

• Five (5) years’ experience in program management
• Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones
• Experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience supporting DLA Financial or HR enterprise tools and capabilities
• Minimum of one (1) year experience using DLA’s ServiceNo

• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure including hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of computer networks and firewall systems.
• Utilize ServiceNow and Remedy for incident tracking and resolution management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and service delivery.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance of IT services.
