As we scale transaction volume and team size, operational complexity increases: More endpoints More SaaS tools More access permissions More compliance requirements More vendors More security surface area Without strong IT operations, small inefficiencies compound: Onboarding delays slow productivity Access gaps create security risks Poor asset tracking creates compliance exposure Vendor sprawl increases cost We need an IT Administrator who treats internal systems with the same rigor we apply to money movement - reliable, secure, documented, and scalable. When done right, IT becomes an invisible force multiplier for the company. What You Will Actually Do & Own In your first 6 to 12 months, you will: Own end-to-end IT operations Device provisioning (macOS/Windows), endpoint setup, VPN, collaboration tools L1/L2 troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network issues Ensure uptime and responsiveness for internal systems Run seamless onboarding & offboarding Zero-delay laptop provisioning Accurate access grants aligned with role Immediate and complete access revocation on exit Maintain clean, auditable access logs Administer identity & access systems Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / Slack / Jira / GitHub etc. Role-based access control (RBAC) Periodic access reviews License management & optimization Own IT asset lifecycle management Inventory tracking, tagging, and audits Device health monitoring Repair coordination and replacements Depreciation and refresh planning Lead IT procurement & vendor management Hardware and software purchasing License forecasting and renewals Vendor negotiations and SLA tracking Budget alignment with Finance Support IT security & compliance Endpoint security monitoring Patch management and updates Assist in audit preparation (ISO/PCI/internal reviews) Maintain documentation, SOPs, and IT policies Support office & infrastructure scaling Network setup, Wi-Fi, routers, firewall coordination Office expansion support Conference room tech reliability What Success Looks Like You will be measured on: Zero-friction onboarding New hires are productive on day1 Access discipline No lingering permissions, no orphaned accounts Operational reliability Minimal IT downtime, fast issue resolution Cost efficiency Optimized licenses and controlled vendor spend Audit readiness Clean asset inventory and documented processes Internal trust Teams rely on IT as a responsive partner Requirements Required (Non-negotiable) 3 to 6+ years in IT Administration / IT Operations Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows environments Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration
