About The Department UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Come grow your career with us. Job Responsibilities Provide accurate & timely delivery of user-ID maintenance based on authorized requests: Enable/Reset/Disable IDs within same business day. Revoke IDs of leavers as soon as possible & not more than 4-working days. Create/Update IDs/entitlements within 5-working days. Service turnaround time (SLA) may differ based on criticality of project &/or situational requirements. Write to Requester in advance & agree on extension of SLA if the normal SLA cannot be met due to reasons beyond ID Admin’s control. Maintain proper documentations/artefacts for future audit &/or investigation. Conduct manual user access review & recertification. Provide support for service level review & monthly reporting. Provide support for audit deliverables (RFI). Provide support for KRCSA & BCM testing. Take on projects/assignments as & when required. Job Requirements No. of years of related experience: 3 - >5 years Skillsets: Preferred with related ID Administration experience in Operating System or Business Applications. Good command of written/spoken English, attention to details, quality delivery, sense of urgency. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
