This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 3 - 10 LPA) Min Experience: 5+ years Location: NOIDA JobType: full-time We seek a skilled and proactive IT Admin Support professional capable of effectively managing IT support operations, coordinating with vendors, overseeing asset management, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have robust troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience engaging with both domestic and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive IT support covering hardware, software, email, login credentials, and system-related issues. Oversee the dispatch, receipt, tracking, and recovery of laptops during employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment. Liaise with vendors for procurement, repairs, AMC management, and support services. Identify and onboard new vendors in alignment with organizational needs. Manage user credentials, access controls, email configurations, and system permissions. Assist employees with technical problems concerning Microsoft Outlook, login credentials, VPN, internet connectivity, and other IT-related matters. Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and assets. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including: Visa processing Flight ticket booking Hotel reservations Travel coordination Provide IT and administrative support during company events and meetings. Engage professionally with international clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure efficient daily IT administrative operations throughout the organization. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of IT support and IT administration. Experience in laptop dispatch and asset management. Practical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Experience in vendor management and coordination. Familiarity with credential management, email setup, and access support. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to coordinate with international clients and teams. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Experience in travel coordination, visa processing, and ticket booking is advantageous. Preferred Candidate Profile At least 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support or administration. Candidates with 8+ years of experience may be considered, with a budget of up to ₹10 LPA. Highly valued qualities include strong stability and professional communication skills. Immediate joiners or those available with short notice are preferred.
