Responsibilities
  • Administration, maintenance, support and optimization of the network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments.
  • Monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring system reliability and security.
  • Implementing, managing, and enforcing network configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues across various devices and locations.
  • Assisting in incident response, security investigations, and risk mitigation related to network infrastructure.
  • Managing and maintaining firewalls, switches, routers, and other critical networking hardware.
  • Configuring and administering network access control, VLANs, and security protocols.
  • Supporting the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure.
  • Conducting regular network audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborating with IT security teams to ensure network security aligns with organizational policies.
  • Providing documentation, reports, and network diagrams for internal stakeholders and audits.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network administration.
