REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing administrative support
- Interest in Information Technology (IT)
- Strong technical skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional Communications Skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to exercise tact, discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy
- Highly Organized and professional
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar and set up of meetings
- Respond to emails and other correspondences on behalf of the Director
- Plan, organize and coordinate internal meetings
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate
- Handle expense account for Director
- Coordinate travel arrangements with travel department
- Process inquiries and liaise with various departments and internal/external customers
- Prepare emails, memos, documents and other reports as needed or as required by Director
- Manage special projects and other administrative tasks as required
