REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing administrative support
  • Interest in Information Technology (IT)
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional Communications Skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise tact, discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Highly Organized and professional
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar and set up of meetings
  • Respond to emails and other correspondences on behalf of the Director
  • Plan, organize and coordinate internal meetings
  • Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate
  • Handle expense account for Director
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with travel department
  • Process inquiries and liaise with various departments and internal/external customers
  • Prepare emails, memos, documents and other reports as needed or as required by Director
  • Manage special projects and other administrative tasks as required
