Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting the IT Service Desk with equipment ordering, resolving mobile phone queries and completing a variety of administration tasks whilst always providing an excellent level of customer service.
This is an on-site role with 5 days per week to be based in our head office in Keynsham. This is due to the hands on nature of the role, managing IT equipment & stock.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide quotes and complete orders within the designated time frame.
To ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and in line with their ETA.
To ensure practices and internal users are kept up to date with ETA’s on orders.
To collate information and ensure all records are kept up to date.

DUTIES:

  • Provide IT equipment quotes to internal and external employees
  • Process IT equipment, mobile and SIM orders
  • Managing incoming deliveries for the IT Team
  • Organise collections and deliveries via DPD
  • Regularly speaking to suppliers and couriers for updates on orders
  • Deal with mobile phone queries such as ordering new devices, allocating SIM cards, updating mobile portal, solving any contract queries or issues
  • Support with migration to a new mobile provider
  • Use ticketing system to log equipment and mobile queries, taking ownership through to resolution and ensuring customers are kept up to date on any progress.
  • Ensure internal documents are kept up to date
  • Organise department meetings
  • Completing a variety of other administration tasks
