abra is looking for a hands-on IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist to support daily IT operations, provide technical support, and maintain infrastructure, security, and IT assets. Responsibilities Provide IT support and troubleshooting for employees (hardware, software, printers, Wi-Fi, network) Install and configure desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software Manage Linux and Windows environments Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Maintain physical and virtual servers (Linux-based, VMware) Manage LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi networks, VPNs (FortiGate), and firewalls Monitor systems and infrastructure (Zabbix) Manage endpoint security (SentinelOne) Manage storage, backups, QNAP, and SMB permissions Maintain order in server rooms and IT areas Track IT assets and software licenses Requirements At least 3 years experience as an IT Administrator Strong Linux experience – mandatory Proven experience in IT support or system administration Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills Experience with Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, including SSO solutions such as JumpCloud or Okta Knowledge of networking, VPNs, and firewalls Familiarity with VMware, QNAP, Zabbix, SentinelOne Strong organizational skills and service-oriented mindset Advantage Experience in mid-size organizations Experience with ERP / CRM systems Knowledge in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python or similar) CCNA or equivalent networking certification RHCSA / RHCE certification
