We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration and system maintenance, with experience in website development, network management, and troubleshooting.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in website development and maintenance, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with system administration and maintaining hardware and software systems.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security practices and network protection.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • GCSEs including Maths and English (grades 4-9*).
  • Degree in Computing/IT (or equivalent qualification).

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Senior IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations and support.
  • Maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring functionality, security, and user experience.
  • Managing and troubleshooting networking issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Performing regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to software and hardware.
  • Assisting with the setup and configuration of IT equipment and systems.
  • Providing technical support to staff, diagnosing and resolving IT issues efficiently.
  • Ensuring the security of networks and systems by implementing best practices in IT security.
  • Documenting IT processes, system configurations, and technical procedures.
