Your Day will Look like: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure Install, configure, and update hardware and software systems Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls Support Microsoft 365 environment. Maintain cybersecurity protocols (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection) Document IT procedures and system configurations Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in IT administration or systems support Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Competitive Compensation package.
