ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The IT Administrator will play a vital role in managing and maintaining our company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves providing technical support, assisting with network administration, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems within the organization.
WAGE: $18 per hour
HOURS OF WORK: 35 Hours
PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT: September 22nd, 2025 -Dec 19th, 2025
LOCATION: Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the repair of equipment under warranty or service contracts.

System Maintenance:

  • Perform regular checks and maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus systems.
  • Participate in the implementation of new software and hardware.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Assist in creating and updating user manuals and IT policies.
  • Document all IT problems and resolutions for future reference.

Project Assistance:

  • Support IT projects under the guidance of IT management staff.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of IT initiatives and improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and meet their IT requirements.
