SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience in IT administration, systems support, or similar technical role.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and mobile device management (Android & iOS).
  • Experience managing SaaS applications, user provisioning, and identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace).
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection, patch management, and IT security practices.
  • Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to mount and install hardware
  • Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
  • Experience using POS systems, Desktop Mac and Windows, Windows and Linux servers, Wired, wireless, & VPN management, IP Telephony, Cloud infrastructure management, Security camera systems, Virtual server management.

Responsibilities
  • Systems & Infrastructure Administration
  • Administer & maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across multiple SaaS applications and platforms.
  • Monitor & support the organization’s infrastructure, including networks, storage, and system backups.
  • Manage endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices), ensuring configuration, patching, and security compliance.
  • Assist with upgrades, deployments, and lifecycle management of IT systems and physical assets.
  • Maintain an accurate asset register and related documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Network & Security
  • Support configuration and monitoring of firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
  • Help Implement and maintain security policies for endpoints, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
  • Assist with vulnerability assessments, patch management, and incident response activities.
  • Work with the IT department and our security partners to ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
  • Support activities related to IT governance, data protection, and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., ISO27001, SOC2, or other relevant frameworks).
  • SaaS & Application Management
  • Provide administrative support for a wide range of SaaS products used across the business.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and escalate vendor support requests when needed.
  • End-User Support
  • Provide Tier 2 support to staff, resolving technical issues across devices & applications,
  • Document solutions and contribute to a knowledge base for self-service support.
