Description
About Eftsure Eftsure is a fast-growing Australian fintech that helps organisations protect themselves from payment fraud. Our platform verifies supplier payment details and safeguards businesses, councils and enterprises from costly cyber and financial risk. We work with some of Australia’s largest organisations and operate in a highly regulated, security-focused environment where reliability and trust matter. Product & Technology | Eftsure We’re looking for an IT Administrator / Support to join Eftsure’s Product & Technology team and be the go-to person for keeping our internal systems, networks and people running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, owning day-to-day troubleshooting while also helping improve the tools and platforms our teams rely on. If you like solving problems, explaining tech in plain English, and building systems that actually work, you’ll enjoy this role. What you’ll be doing Providing frontline IT support to end users (hardware, software, networking, access issues) Diagnosing and resolving incidents across laptops, printers, email, Microsoft 365, Intune and Wi-Fi Logging, tracking and resolving tickets through a support system Escalating complex issues when needed, but owning problems end-to-end where possible Assisting with software updates, patches and secure device configurations Supporting hardware procurement, setup and lifecycle management Managing and improving internal networks (Ubiquiti experience is a big plus) Creating clear documentation, FAQs and self-help guides Educating users on IT security best practices in line with ISO & SOC2 Working closely with other IT and technology stakeholders to continuously improve systems This role will provide global IT support for our teams across the US and France. What we’re looking for Hands-on experience in IT Administration or IT Support Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows and macOS Experience with networking (Ubiquiti strongly preferred; AWS exposure is a bonus) A practical problem-solver who can think on their feet Excellent communication skills — you can translate tech into human language A customer-first mindset with patience, professionalism and attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple requests and prioritising effectively Curious, adaptable and keen to keep learning as technology evolves Experience & qualifications Prior experience in an IT Admin / Support role is essential Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certs) are advantageous but not required A degree in Computer Science or a related field is helpful, not mandatory Why Eftsure You’ll be joining a growing, tech-driven business where IT is seen as an enabler, not a helpdesk afterthought. You’ll have real ownership, influence how systems are run, and work with people who value quality, security and collaboration.
