This is not an entry-level position—candidates should already have solid troubleshooting skills and be comfortable handling a mix of support and infrastructure tasks. You’ll collaborate with the company CEO and the Director of Product Development to keep our systems running smoothly, implement practical solutions, and provide reliable support to all store locations. This role blends hands-on technical work, project involvement, and day-to-day problem solving. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain networks: routers, switches, VLANs, LAN/WAN, Windows Server Administer and support systems: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, domains, VOIP Provide IT support beyond basic helpdesk (asset management, imaging, ticketing, printers/scanners) Create and update documentation so users and staff can solve common issues Research and recommend cost-effective hardware/software solutions Drive and lead system upgrade implementation and security improvements Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff We are an E-Verify employer QualificationsRequired Education Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Experience/Skills Ability to take initiative and is motivated to be productive when working independently. A drive to learn and expand IT skills. Able to develop and manage priorities. Maintains personal integrity and safeguards the company’s interests. Ability to travel between store locations. Ability to stand for long periods of time with repetitive lifting and bending. Excellent Interpersonal skills. Batch scripting language a plus. NVR and IP cameras are a plus. Webhosting experience a plus.
