Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server infrastructure, network devices, and end-user hardware and software. This role requires a proactive approach to system monitoring, performance tuning, and security management. The IT Administrator will also play a key role in supporting IT projects, ensuring business continuity through effective backup and disaster recovery strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Domain Administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V administration.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking (switching, routing, VLANs, and troubleshooting).
• Experience with IT infrastructure projects, system deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Experience with backup and replication solutions.
