We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way – responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.   The IT Administrator will provide first-level technical support to our team, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for resolving technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, documenting incidents, and escalating complex issues to senior members of the IT team as appropriate. * 3-5 years of experience in IT administration, system support, or network management. * Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking protocols, and cloud services. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies. * Strong troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn new technologies. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems. * Support system security and compliance efforts by following industry best practices. * Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems when needed. * Help administer enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms. * Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and deployments. * Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations. * Provide technical support to employees and assist in resolving IT-related queries. * Collaborate with vendors and service providers under senior IT team supervision.
