• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in technical support, network administration, system administration, and troubleshooting, information technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
