• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and protocols.
• Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor network performance and security, implementing solutions as necessary.
• Support employees with IT-related issues, providing timely technical support.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software, hardware, and network systems.
• Ensure the company’s network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and anti-virus systems.
• Create and maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
