About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator with 4+ years of hands-on IT support and infrastructure management experience. The role will involve deskside support, incident response, hardware/software administration, and coordination with vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line deskside support and respond to urgent IT incidents with speed and professionalism.
  • Handle new-joiner setups, hardware swaps, peripheral installation, and MDM enrolment.
  • Manage access control and biometric enrolments, and support office moves and cabling requirements.
  • Liaise with local vendors and service providers (e.g., DU) to manage deliveries, installations, and service escalations.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Participate in a structured on-call/after-hours rotation for triaging and escalating critical issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT administration, deskside support, or a related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Knowledge of MDM solutions, access control systems, and IT infrastructure setup.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to provide after-hours/on-call support as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
