This is a hybrid position in Vancouver. Candidates must be in British Columbia to be considered for this role.
You must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to be considered.
This is a completely new position with an affordable housing provider that has 30 sites around Vancouver, and is growing rapidly. You will be working with the IT Director and will be an IT generalist. You will get a lot of exposure across various IT infrastructure projects and will mainly support with Office 365 and network administration. You will support about 300 users and will be working from their various sites across Vancouver.
What you will do and how you will make an impact …
[-] You will provide Office 365 support and support with Exchange and Sharepoint Online. This organization is completely on the cloud (Azure) as well.
[-] You will onboard new users and devices, and provide Tier 2 / 3 user support. You will also support the IT Director with project-based work.
[-] You will support with Wi-Fi and network upgrades (all using Cisco products). They have data centres that you can support as needed, as well.
[-] You will help set up the IT infrastructure for new sites, as this organization is expanding around Vancouver.
[-] You will support with documentation and inventory tracking.

This is a full-time and permanent position that includes a competitive base salary, generous pension plan, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation.
