IT ADMINISTRATOR

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Administrator to support our internal infrastructure. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will manage hardware, software, networks, and user access, provide technical support, implement security measures, and facilitate backups and recovery.

Responsibilities

IT ADMINISTRATOR – YOUR ROLE:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Administrator to support our internal infrastructure. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will manage hardware, software, networks, and user access, provide technical support, implement security measures, and facilitate backups and recovery. You will also have an opportunity to gain experience working with AWS platforms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth IT Operations.
  • Client support via helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Administration of Microsoft Active Directory on a Windows network.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams Phone System, SharePoint and OneDrive).
  • Maintenance of our established security systems and procedures.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure – production & test servers, desktops and physical network equipment.
  • Administration of anti-malware solution and Windows updates.
  • Ensuring ISO 27001 & SOC compliance, plus adherence to the organisation’s Information Security policies at all times.
  • Maintain IT support documentation.
  • Any other additional ad-hoc duties as required.
